Caprinov 2025 : ADAoPT S'adapter aux défis climatiques pour les AOP caprines

Pour accompagner les AOP et IGP laitières dans l'adaptation au changement climatique, le projet ADAoPT a développé plusieurs outils. Deux filières caprines, le Valençay et le Picodon, se sont impliquées dans le projet et font part de leur cheminement pour réfléchir à l'adaptation au changement climatique.
