Field evaluation of biosolutions-induced plant defenses against wheat septoria tritici blotch : A comparative study of sampling methodes

Significant differences were observed between the various methods when compared to samples DN (Reference) (3 out of 5 genes with samples R, 2 out of 5 genes with samples DL and 1 out of 5 genes with cards (C or G). Compared to the reference (DN), the R method produces the greatest variations, while the G and C methods appear to produce a profile closet to that obtained with DN.
